This collection of Native American drumming music has been created from childhood to adulthood memories. Drum Awakenings is a collection of drum music that Roman has been brought up on and used in various types of ceremonial settings. Drum Awakenings was created to be used as a form of meditational/prayer music.

This song was inspired by the beating of the heart. This song is played on the big powwow drum and in my culture the drum is the heartbeat of all things. All types of drumming is similar to the various beats of the heart (resting, slow, medium, fast, etc.). In order for all of us to survive, we need the heart. In order for my culture to survive, we need the drum. Sending love from my heart to yours!
